The staff was knowledgeable and highly courteous throughout the day. The hotel was little, it had a nice and ideal location really close to the Lake of the Woods, the downtown area, and harbour and Husky the Muskie. Furthermore, to Casey's Restaurant.

The room was updated with exceptionally comfortable beds and a microwave oven, air conditioning and an electronic key card etc.

Save your time
Came in expecting comfort, but faced a chaotic environment outside. Shady characters loitered around, and I felt uneasy almost immediately. While the staff was kind and the room fairly clean, I couldn't shake the discomfort. Save your time and consider safer options nearby instead.

I had great time here.
A quiet hotel, my first choice in Kenora. I loved perfect staff and location. The airport was 15 km away from here, peaceful and decent location. The room was new-fashioned and updated with extra pillows, all the amenities plus soaps and safety measures included smoke detectors.

We loved the nearby golf course and the casinos for some fun. The hotel staff were super friendly, and having options like Two Bears Marina nearby. The breakfast was good, but more choices would be nice.
Checking in was a bit rough, we had an issue with our room keys not working right away.

The Queen Room wassuper clean and cozy. I liked that the bedding was simple and cozy. The room temperature was easy to control, and I actually felt relaxed, great after a long drive. And blueberry jam and fresh fruit available was a nice touch. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful.
